Saint Patrick's Day
Today being March the 17th, we took some time to think about St Patrick's Day. We did a KWL chart together:
K: what we know
W: what we want to know
L: what we learned
We realised we only knew the bright, fun side of the celebrations but had little knowledge of how the day came about. We then came up with some questions on what we want to know.
After watching a clip and listening to some prior knowledge from our peers we added to the chart what we had learned.
